The Contracting authority received the following question: Does the structure of Final achievement reports follow a quite rigorous template over time, i.e. are final achievement reports from 2014 throughout 2020 homogeneously structured? Or have there been any changes to the template in between? And do progress reports and MoUs also share a common structure?”

- The MoUs as well as the progress reports follow a specific structured format. For both the MoUs and the final/progress reports, this structured format was changed once over the time period – many commonalities can be found between the “old” and the “new” structure of the MoUs and the reports, but changes in topics, wording and document order were effectuated. For both the reports and the MoUs, around half of the relevant documents follow the “old” structure and half of the relevant documents follow the “new structure”.
