The federal public service Personnel and Organisation accepts no responsibility with regard to such problems incurred as a result of using this site or other linked external sites or to the non-receipt of certain notification mails.

In order to prevent disruptions of our service to our regular users as a result of the dowloading of very large amounts of data from the Belgian Public Tender Bulletin, we reserve the right to block attemps to do this, in particular by means of automated or robot-like tools.

The federal public service Personnel and Organisation respects the users' privacy. This entails among other things that:
• personal data will only be collected and processed with the purpose of providing the information you have requested
