The aim of this website is to offer the public better access to information concerning public contracts in Belgium. This website can also be used by contracting authorities to announce certain public contracts (which do not need to be advertised) in a limited way. We try to keep the information up-to-date and accurate and will correct any reported errors.

However, the federal public service Personnel and Organisation accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever with regard to the information on this website, as it:

is of general nature and is not aligned to any particular person or entity

is not necessarily comprehensive, accurate or up-to-date,

is sometimes linked to external sites over which the federal public service Personnel and Organisation has no control and for which it assumes no responsibility,

does not belong to the federal public service Personnel and Organisation, as it is not the owner of this information,

is not professional or legal advice (if you need specific advice, you should consult a qualified professional).


The contracting authority is responsible for controlling its online notice and adapting it if necessary, as it is this online notice that is considered authentic.

We make all efforts in order to prevent technical failures. Some data on our site may created or structured in files or formats that are not error-free. There is a possibility that the messaging component – i.e. the sending of notification e-mails to enterprises – will not function owing to circumstances beyond our control. If the messaging component does not function, enterprises and contracting authorities can do online searches.

Consequently, we cannot rule out that our services will be disrupted by such problems. The federal public service Personnel and Organisation accepts no responsibility with regard to such problems incurred as a result of using this site or other linked external sites or to the non-receipt of certain notification mails.

This disclaimer is not intended to limit or exclude the responsibility of the federal public service Personnel and Organisation if this is contrary to the national law.

Reproduction is authorised provided the source is acknowledged. In order to prevent disruptions of our service to our regular users as a result of the dowloading of very large amounts of data from the Belgian Public Tender Bulletin, we reserve the right to block attemps to do this, in particular by means of automated or robot-like tools.

If you wish to download the contents of the Belgian Public Tender Bulletin, e.g. with the purpose of offering a notification system, you are kindly requested to register as an enterprise (subscription), after which the data will be delivered to you by e-mail (xml).

III. PRIVACY

The federal public service Personnel and Organisation respects the users' privacy. Although most information on this site is available without the need for providing personal data, personal information may be asked from the user. In this case, the data is treated in accordance with the law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in processing personal data.

This entails among other things that:

personal data will only be collected and processed with the purpose of providing the information you have requested

personal data will not be divulged to third parties and will neither be used for direct marketing purposes

you have permanent access to your personal data and can verify its accuracy and can have any errors corrected that pertain to your personal data

The federal public service Personnel and Organisation commits itself to to taking the best possible security measures to prevent any misuse of the personal data you have divulged by third parties.

How long do we store your personal data?

If you have registered as an enterprise, you are required to renew your profile annually. Failure to do this will result in your data being deleted after one year.

If you have registered as a contracting authority, your data will not be automatically deleted. This can only be done by sending an e-mail to the helpdesk or by filing a request with your superuser.

Adaptation of the privacy notice

Any modifications to this privacy notice will be published on the e-Notification website. We advise you to visit this site regularly to keep yourself informed of the data we collect, the way we use it and under what conditions we may be compelled to hand it over to others.
